Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote our IT Hardware Assets Rental Business by building strong relationships with financial consultants and advisory professionals. The role involves influencing them to recommend and refer our rental solutions to dealers, distributors, and business clients within their network. The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities, persuasive communication skills, and experience in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with financial advisory professionals and consultants to introduce our IT hardware rental services.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships to generate consistent referrals.
- Educate partners about the benefits of IT hardware asset renting for dealers and distributors.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to encourage product advocacy.
- Create referral pipelines through trusted advisory networks.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Track and report referral performance and partner engagement activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain updated records of interactions and lead status in CRM.
- Expand market reach through professional advisory networks.
- Increase dealer and distributor onboarding via referral channels.
- Strengthen brand positioning in the IT asset rental industry.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to influence and build trust with professional consultants
- Good presentation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of IT hardware products is an added advantage
Educational Qualification:
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
Experience Required:
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or relationship management.
- Experience in IT hardware, leasing, financing, or rental solutions will be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
