Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :

• Create visually appealing designs for our mobile application that reflect our brand and objectives.
• Work closely with product designers, product managers, and motion designers.
• Incorporate motion and micro-interactions into product experiences to enhance engagement and clarity.
• Maintain a balance between speed and quality while navigating a fast-paced work environment.

Are you who we're searching for

• This opportunity is open to visual designers with a bachelor’s degree.
• Min 1 year of experience in visual design, ideally within a D2C or product-focused startup.
• A robust portfolio that highlights strong visual craftsmanship, UI design projects, and instances of motion graphics or animations.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Lottie.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality.

Good to Have:

• Experience working on consumer apps, e-commerce, or high-growth startups
• Basic motion or illustration skills
