Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of lead generation specialists.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and regular feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve lead generation methodologies.
• Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training to team members on lead generation techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in lead generation, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
• Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
• Experienced in International Sales, Marketing, Global Market and Financial Services will be preferred.
