🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Officer/ Executive – Talent Acquisition (Garment Industry)

📍 Location: Irbid Jordan

🏭 Industry: Apparel / Garment Manufacturing

Are you passionate about recruitment and excited to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment? We are looking for an Sr. Officer/Executive – Talent Acquisition with strong HR experience in the garment/apparel industry to join our growing team.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for factory and support functions
Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
Coordinate interviews and selection with department heads
Handle bulk hiring as per manpower planning
Manage onboarding & HR documentation
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Ensure recruitment compliance and timely reporting

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management (MBA HR preferred)
4–6 years of relevant HR & Talent Acquisition experience in the garment/apparel sector
Strong understanding of production functions (IE, Quality, Merchandising, Sewing, Cutting, Finishing, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
