Job Description
We are looking for a motivated MEP Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer to join our team. The candidate should have a good understanding of MEP systems and be familiar with common terminologies used in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing works. This role will support the team in quantity take-offs, tender preparation, cost estimation, and documentation related to MEP services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in quantity take-offs for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Support preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
• Assist in tender preparation and documentation.
• Review drawings and specifications related to MEP works.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and quotations.
• Maintain proper documentation of MEP quantities and project records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying or estimation.
• Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing terminologies.
• Ability to read MEP drawings and extract quantities from drawings.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with PlanSwift, Bluebeam will be an added advantage.
