Job role: Salesforce CoE Lead

Skills And Experience-
- 10 - 12 years of Total Experience in CRM solutions with 8+ years in Salesforce.
- Well experienced in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service cloud, good to have understanding of Communications cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
- Highly skilled in Aura, LWC, process builders, Flows, Apex, triggers, Salesforce integrations, Omni Studio development. Experience in DevOps and release management is preferred.
- Minimum of 6x Certifications in Salesforce including application architect certification
- Strong experience with community building initiatives
- Well experienced in technical solution development for customer proposals
- Awareness of new Salesforce products and features
- Contribute to proposal development.
- Provide directions and solutions for delivery code red, design and architecture development.
- Ensure visibility and brand building through competence development programs and participation in partner led and other events.
- Conceptualize and lead assets and accelerators development to get an edge over competitors.
- Ensure that Specializations and Certifications are acquired in order to maintain and advance partnership levels and capabilities.
