Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage distributor & retailer network

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Market expansion and new outlet development

• Ensure product visibility and availability in the market

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers

Requirements:

✔ Experience in FMCG sales preferred

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔ Knowledge of local market and distribution channels

✔ Self-motivated and target-driven
