Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Hunter based in Raurkela. The Property Hunter will be responsible for identifying and assessing potential retail spaces for MedPlus pharmacies. This includes conducting market research, site visits, property evaluations, and negotiations with property owners or agents. The role will also involve preparing recommendations and ensuring compliance with company site-selection criteria.

- Familiarity with basic real estate documentation and legal processes
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the retail or healthcare industry is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages and cultural fluency is advantageous
