Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located in Bhubaneswar, with flexibility for some remote work. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, market research, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions. The role also involves meeting sales targets and representing the company in client meetings, events, and presentations.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Proven experience in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Sales Strategy Development.
  • Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship Management skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
  • Basic understanding of the renewable energy sector; specific knowledge in solar energy solutions is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for data management and client interactions.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, adapt to varying tasks, and demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
