Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at MedDirect Services Private Limited in Mumbai, Hyderabad. Our Company belongs to Healthcare and Medical Industry. We are in to Inbound domestic voice process. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering online support, providing customer service, and technical support on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Online Support skills
Customer Service and Technical Support skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem solve and multitask effectively
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Minimum qualification is Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Languages
Good Communication skills in English with Assamese, Tamil, Kannada.
Timings-
Rotational shifts with rotational week off ( 08.00am-05.00pm, 07.00am- 04.00pm 11.00am-08.00pm- Girls, Boys-2pm-11pm,3pm-12am).
Salary - Best in Industry (On the basis of your communication skills and experience).
Location-
Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Joining Status
Immediate Joiner (Training will be provided).
