Job Description

We're looking for CloudOps Trainees!

Responsibilities

Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor the health and performance of the cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and identify areas for optimization.
Technical Issue Resolution: Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
Installation & Configuration: Participate in the installation and configuration of AWS, VMware, and Nutanix components to ensure the robustness of our cloud systems.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with the team to ensure the reliability, stability, and efficiency of our cloud-based systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and exposure to AWS, Linux, Windows, VMware, or Nutanix is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to learning.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
A willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment.
