We're Growing! Join Our Team as HR Executive

NextGen Software Solutions is seeking a dynamic HR Executive to lead our people operations in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad, TG (Onsite - 5 days/week)

Shift: Night Shift (7 PM - 4 AM IST)

Experience: 4-6 years

What You'll Do:

• Drive end-to-end HR strategies and employee lifecycle management
• Lead recruitment for IT & non-IT roles with a data-driven approach
• Design and implement HR policies (including POSH compliance)
• Champion employee engagement initiatives with budget ownership
• Ensure 100% compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations
• Leverage AI tools to optimize HR operations and decision-making

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in US IT staffing companies managing Indian operations
• Expert-level English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong recruitment background across IT and non-IT domains
• Hands-on experience with employee engagement and activity management
• Tech-savvy professional comfortable with AI-powered HR tools
• Strategic thinker with execution excellence
