IT Services and IT Consulting is Looking for:

We’re looking to hire a technical quality analyst who could progress into a project management role. This would be someone with a technical understanding of how websites work, what they should look like, and how to test them properly for design, responsiveness, accessibility, and overall best practices. Here’s a more detailed description of what we expect, but to be clear, they will initially be primarily responsible for two things: improving the standards and improving the process efficiency.

• Extremely organized
• Enjoys learning new things
• Excellent written communication
• Technical documentation will be required with the correct terminology around design patterns, CSS, etc.
• Clear verbal communication
• Common website concepts (H tags, title tags, metadata, URL structure)
• Understanding of HTML, CSS (including common conventions for classes), JavaScript
• Core Web Vitals benchmarks
• Common SEO and performance-related testing tools (Examples: SEO Spider, Semrush, GTMetrix, Lighthouse/PageSpeed)
• Accessibility standards (WCAG) and related tools (Example: Sortsite), including a clear understanding of concepts like color contrast, h tag hierarchy, font requirements, etc.
• Manual Testing
• Automated Testing
• Manual responsiveness testing
• Familiarity with mockup review and testing (Figma)
• Cross-browser and cross-device testing
• Common visual testing tools (Examples: BrowserStack, LambdaTest, Polypane)
• Common automation tools (Example: Selenium)
