Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Building Maintenance Supervisor to manage the maintenance and repair of building facilities. The role involves supervising , ensuring smooth building operations, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of building structures, equipment, and systems.
Coordinate repairs related to civil works, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Handle emergency maintenance issues and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance work.
Monitor maintenance supplies and equipment inventory.
Prepare maintenance reports and updates for management.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering,
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or facility supervision.
Knowledge of civil maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building operations.
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
Preferred Skills
Experience in residential apartments, commercial buildings, or facility management.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety standards.
Ability to manage multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.
