Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate WordPress + React Developer to join our growing tech team at TailorWorks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our web platforms, ensuring seamless performance and an exceptional user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites, themes, and plugins
  • Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React.js
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and backend teams for feature integration
  • Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
  • Manage API integrations and third-party tools
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development and React.js
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Experience with REST APIs and headless CMS architecture
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment


Good to Have:

  • Experience in e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization
  • Exposure to hosting environments and deployment processes
