Job Description
About the Role - As an Account Executive, you will be a driving force behind business growth, client satisfaction, and new customer acquisition. Engaging directly with founders, C-Suite executives, and key decision-makers, you will articulate EquityList’s value proposition, manage sales pipelines, and close deals to expand our market presence. You will collaborate across teams to align sales efforts with company strategy and ensure seamless customer journeys from prospecting to onboarding.
Responsibilities -
- Drive revenue growth by effectively communicating EquityList’s value with strong sales qualification and methodologies.
- Become a trusted product expert, managing strategic inbound and outbound sales engagements.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and product teams to integrate business development initiatives into the broader company goals.
- Engage at all sales cycle stages: prospecting, demos, onboarding, and deal closure.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting with data-driven insights.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers across targeted industries.
- Develop tailored business cases, proposals, and presentations for partners and stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain robust sales processes, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
Qualifications - Atleast 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role at a tech company, preferably B2B SaaS.
Required Skills -
- Proven success in outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and closing sizable deals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for writing and documentation.
- Experience engaging and selling to CxOs in fast-growth companies.
- Excellent objection handling, negotiation, and multi-stakeholder sales navigation skills.
- Comfortable managing high-velocity sales cycles.
- Proficiency with Hubspot, Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Loom, and similar tools.
- A deep love of startups and the drive to grow with a mission-driven company.
