Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waiter at Raviz Hotels & Resorts, located in Kozhikode. The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent table service, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant area. Additional duties include assisting in setting up tables, providing menu recommendations, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service, customer service, and hospitality standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests professionally
• Organizational and time management abilities to efficiently manage orders and tasks
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure high service standards
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
