What You’ll Do

Conceptualise & Create: Design engaging visuals for social media, websites, and digital ads.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand’s identity and strategic goals.
Collaborate: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and clients to understand briefs and deliver exceptional creative solutions.
Adapt & Innovate: Stay updated with design trends and experiment with new styles to keep our visuals fresh and appealing.
Revise & Refine: Take feedback constructively and make necessary revisions to deliver the best results.
File Management: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring easy accessibility for team members.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital or advertising agency.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other design tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a bonus.

Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh perspectives to the table.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively.
