Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will lead the overall sales strategy, manage sales teams, and oversee account management. Responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, monitoring sales operations, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves setting and executing sales goals in alignment with the company’s objectives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Sales, Business Development, and the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Account Management to guide teams and foster customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations, including developing strategies, streamlining processes, and analyzing sales performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing sales teams, driving accountability and results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in related areas are a plus.
  • Experience in an international or remote work environment is an advantage.
