Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi for a Senior Sales Manager at mastertrust. The Senior Sales Manager will lead and drive sales initiatives, develop and maintain client relationships, and achieve targeted sales goals. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing a sales team, conducting market analysis, and crafting strategic sales plans. The role also involves providing leadership, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction while promoting mastertrust’s range of financial services and investment products.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Lead Generation
- Strong relationship-building, client engagement, and customer retention skills
- Proficient in market analysis, strategy development, and implementation
- Leadership and team management abilities, including mentoring and motivating sales teams
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work on-site in Varanasi and meet sales targets within deadlines
- Experience in financial services or investment management is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
