Job Description

We are urgently hiring Helpers for a factory. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Immediate joining is available. Limited vacancies available.

No. of Vacancy:- 20

Salary:- 10,500/- to 12,500/- per month with PF+ESI ( Lodging free & Canteen facility available )

(NO WORK NO PAY)

Duty Hours:– 11 hours (1 hour break)

Job Locations:- Ghutgoria, Bankura, West Bengal.

Job Responsibilities:-

Assist in operating and monitoring plastic bag–making machines.
Load raw materials (plastic rolls/granules) as required.
Collect finished plastic bags from the machines.
Sorting, counting, and packing finished products.
Help in sealing, cutting, and bundling plastic bags.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
Assist in loading and unloading goods.
Follow factory safety rules and supervisor instructions.

Qualifications & Requirements:- 8 pass and above.

No Prior Experience Required (training Provided).

Basic understanding of factory work preferred.

Physically fit for standing and manual work.

Willing to work in shifts if required.
