Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive in the Travel & Tourism industry who can drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of domestic and international travel packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages to customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and corporate customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth travel arrangements.
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after booking.
  • Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and pricing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years experience in Travel & Tourism Sales.
  • Good knowledge of international destinations, visa process, and travel packages.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience using travel CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Corporate travel handling experience.
  • Strong networking and client management ability.
  • Problem-solving and customer service skills.
