Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, chats, and student enquiries
Understand student concerns and provide accurate course-related information
Maintain call logs and CRM records on a daily basis Transfer qualified leads to the sales team
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Meet assigned targets and timelines
Contribute to a positive and supportive student experience
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field 2+ years of experience in International Voice Process / Sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic reporting tools Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
