Responsibilities

Role description

Looking for EDI

testers,assess software

quality through Testing. The candidate is expected to have expertise in manual

testing and experience/ knowledge in automation (Selenium). Healthcare domain

knowledge including claims knowledge is mandatory. Willing to work with an

overlap time zone, till 10:30 PM, The candidate must possess excellent written

and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively

with domain and technical experts in the team.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 + years of hands-on experience in

understanding requirements, creating test cases, scenario understanding, test

data management, execution, and reporting.

Experience in healthcare domain with claims

exposure is mandatory,

Proficiency with Agile Development software

Basic knowledge /work experience of Test

automation (Selenium) is required: Should be able to pick up Test automation

works during engagement and hence should have aptitude for automation.

Preparing industry-standard test case, result

execution & testing result reporting mechanism

Perform internal testing and work closely with

customers during UAT phase of implementation projects.

Identify the test scenarios with understanding of

systems interfaces and application.

Prepare Test summary report for modules/features.

Hands on experience in Health care specific

transactions EDI 270/271, 276/277.

Test system modifications to prepare for

implementation.

Collaborate with development teams to identify

and resolve defects.

Support the delivery of client expectations and

involvement in the various testing activities.

Develop and maintain documentation for data

quality processes, standards, and guidelines.

Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings

from test results to the Development Team

Execute test cases manually and/or using

automated testing tools to validate software functionality.

Hands on experience in Test management Tool -

VSTS - AzureDevOps and JIRA.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and

deadlines effectively and efficiently.

Should be well-versed with user acceptance,

smoke, regression, API, defect testing.

Good knowledge on agile methodologies and

process.

Proficiency in document and report writing,

Awareness of Software Development Life Cycle,

Logical and critical thinking skills

Should attend offshore, onsite and client

meetings as per the requirements.

Should practice and exhibit UST s core values at

work: humility, humanity, and integrity.

Should be flexible to work during overlap hours

up to 10:30 PM IST based on business requirements.
