Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Mobilize teams to meet daily installation and troubleshoot targets of branch and on time as requested by client
  • Supervise, Train, and Monitor ITSRs and Field Teams.
  • Ensure proper procedure is followed during field works.
  • Generate new ideas and strategies to enhance better support system.
  • Co-ordinate with Administration, Enterprise Support, L2 team and Technical department if needed.
  • Responsible for preparing all reports/analysis of all activities as required for management.
  • Conduct necessary field visits when required.
  • Conduct safety inspection on regular basis.
  • Networking and expansion.
  • Field Survey, FTTH Mapping and Troubleshoot
  • Knowledge of Local Area
  • Prepare comprehensive retail network outage report on daily basis
  • Timely verification and confirmation of outage acknowledgement, estimated time to recovery and update resolution for every outage in the network.
  • Design comprehensive outage notification message on case base during outages.
  • Perform other relevant works as assigned by BM or RTO when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Completed.
  • Should have good communications and leadership skill.
  • 1 year and 6 months experience
