Job Description
Our client, a product-based IT company in Pune, is hiring for the role of Technical Lead – Python.
Location: Pune (Work From Office)
Experience: 5+ Years
Team: Product Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs using Python
Lead development of data pipelines and service integrations
Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to engineers
Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams
Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance
Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Python backend development
Experience building APIs and scalable services
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
Experience with Git and Linux environments
Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
Proven ability to design and build complex backend systems
Good to Have:
Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace)
Experience with Pandas, NumPy, or Spark
Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture
