Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (UK/Europe)
Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT professionals across a range of technical roles within the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology roles
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct headhunting
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients or internal stakeholders
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer processes
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and right-to-work checks
- Maintain accurate records using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Requirements
- Strong understanding of UK IT market trends and salary benchmarks
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems
- Understanding of UK employment law and compliance requirements
