Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers (Excel/MIS)
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
• Follow up with candidates for interview schedules and joining confirmation
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and HR operations
• Prepare basic recruitment reports and MIS
