Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assisting the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities
Sourcing and screening candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Conducting initial telephonic interviews and coordinating further interview rounds
Scheduling interviews and following up with candidates
Maintaining and updating candidate data in the recruitment tracker/ATS
Sharing regular hiring status reports with the team
Supporting offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination
Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
