Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various corporate positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize Excel to analyze recruitment data track metrics and generate insightful reports that inform decision-making.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the selection process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Leverage JDBC Driver to streamline data integration and enhance recruitment database management.
- Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and networks to expand the talent pool.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing strategies to attract a diverse workforce.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting the company culture and values to potential candidates.
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate recruitment with a proven track record of successful hires.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Have experience with JDBC Driver for efficient data management and integration.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
- Show ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
- Display knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal compliance.
- Present analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and make informed decisions.
