Job Description

  • Operations Management: Overseeing inbound/outbound shipments, loading/unloading, and inventory accuracy.
  • Staff Leadership: Training, coaching, and scheduling warehouse associates.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety protocols (OSHA) and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Inventory & Documentation: Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory, document transactions, and perform audits.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies to boost productivity and reduce costs.
