We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of - Java Full Stack Engineer – Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will: (MAX 8 Points)

Responsible for end-to-end application design, development and maintenance activities supporting robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services.
Manage requirement gathering and analysis necessary for integration build.
Bring continuous improvements and efficiencies to the processes by means of automation, reduction to design complexity, response time, and by further simplifying the end-user experience.
Support the builds through deployment test with troubleshooting, bugs fixing and problems solving skills.
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
Provide in-depth knowledge transfer and on-job training / guidance to improve team productivity.
Lead the team and ensure projects are delivered in agreed timelines.
Take ownership and accountability.
Should have flexible in working hours, ready to work in shift and On-call support.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: (MAX 8 Points)

Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Java development (back-end and front-end).
Well acquainted with frameworks -Spring, SpringMvc, MyBatis, Spring Data JPA.
Working experience on below databases - MS SQL, My SQL, Oracle
Familiar with SQL, create index and optimize.
Experienced on React, JavaScript and jQuery.
Working experience with API development.
Familiar with G3/Ansible Deployment tools.
Candidate should have good communication, presentations skills and stakeholder management.
Candidate should be flexible enough to take different responsibilities as per the requirements. Quick learner and good team player.
