Job Description

Monitor the Parameters and the Development Matrix for students as required for placements in the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Customer Service Industry and implement it in letter and spirit.
Categorisation of students as per the defined parameters
Creating improvement plans for each Student
Documenting each Student’s development
Informing the Students development and concern areas to the Parents/Guardians periodically.
Work with the respective centres to ensure the successful execution of the defined process for the development of the students as per defined parameters.
Ensure that the student wise action plan is communicated to all faculty directly and/or through Centre / Territory/Regional Delivery and Placement Head/Authority.
Arrange training and briefing events for Frankfinn Centre staff / Faculty regarding Good/Successful practices
Liaise with various Corporate Services/ External Faculty / Speakers from the Industry for seminars on the Best Practices pertaining to delivering/imparting training/practices used for development of Students in English Communication, Personality development, Grooming and other centre curriculum/modules.
