Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain at our Bengaluru location. The Captain will oversee daily operations in the assigned area, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth coordination among the team. Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing table assignments, addressing guest inquiries or concerns, and ensuring compliance with quality and service standards. Additionally, the Captain will collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage duties effectively under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high service quality standards
- Relevant experience in hospitality or food and beverage operations preferred
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or management are a plus
