Job Description
- Develop and implement effective CAPEX sourcing strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Identify and negotiate with suppliers to optimise cost, quality, and delivery terms
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure competitive advantage
- Oversee procurement operations while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges
- Manage contracts and build long-term relationships with key suppliers
- Analyse procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure timely and efficient sourcing of materials to support production needs
A successful Strategic CAPEX Sourcing Manager should have:
- A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven expertise in procurement and sourcing within the industry
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of supplier management and contract negotiation
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
