Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager based in Muzaffarnagar, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Daily responsibilities include planning and coordinating project schedules, managing logistics, expediting project milestones, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with teams to address any challenges. The Project Manager will also liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Expediting experience, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and project deliverables
• Expertise in Logistics Management and the ability to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites
• Proficiency in Expeditor tasks, including coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to optimize project workflows
• Inspection skills, with the ability to assess project sites and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with relevant project management tools and software
• Previous experience in the construction industry is highly advantageous.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experiance in construction industry.
