Job Description

Position Summary


We are looking for a Senior / Manager – Accounts & Finance with strong exposure to plant-level manufacturing finance, statutory compliances, and costing. The role operates on a regional/national basis and works closely with plant and HO teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESIC, EPF, Professional Tax, Factory & Labour Laws, ROC
  • Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and statutory authorities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements
  • Supervise accounting in Tally Prime and Odoo ERP
  • Handle batch-wise costing, product profitability, BOM, and budgeting
  • Perform variance analysis between standard vs actual cost
  • Lead plant & HO accounts teams
  • Manage customer/vendor reconciliations
  • Coordinate with banks for loans, OD/CC limits, renewals
  • Support statutory, tax, and internal audits.


Qualifications & Experience:-

  • CMA / M.Com / CA Dropout / Other Professional Accounting Qualification
  • 12–15 years of relevant experience
  • Mandatory experience in pharma / chemical manufacturing
  • Strong hands-on exposure to plant finance


Technical Skills

  • Tally Prime & Odoo ERP (Mandatory)
  • GST, Income Tax, ROC compliances
  • Costing, budgeting, BOMs
  • Advanced MS Excel

Soft Skills

  • Ownership mindset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with plant & HO teams
