Your activities

Able to do Time Office functions and Payroll management,
Ensure statutory and legal compliance as per the labour codes and other acts/rules
Recruitment activities for Blue Collar employees,
Facility Management services, office administration & travel and hotel management
Employee Engagement and Event Co-ordination,
Facing IMS audits.
Managing Canteen, Horticulture, Security and House Keeping Services.

Your profile

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management / Labour Management / Business Administration.
MBA- HR
Any Diploma in relation to HR / IR added advantage.
Proficient in MS WORD, MS EXCEL and MS Power Point.
Experience- 5 to 7 years
