We at F5 Web Solutions are looking for a Senior Rebar & Concrete Estimator to join our team (Work From Home).

🔍 Role Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in rebar and concrete takeoffs for U.S. commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should be able to independently review drawings and deliver accurate quantity estimates aligned with U.S. standards.

✅ Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in rebar & concrete takeoffs (U.S. projects)

• Strong knowledge of ACI codes (development length, hooks, laps, embedment)

• Expertise in quantity takeoffs for slabs, footings, walls & foundations

• Ability to read and interpret structural & architectural drawings (CAD/PDF)

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently

• Good English communication skills

🛠 Responsibilities:

• Review construction drawings for U.S. commercial projects

• Perform detailed rebar & concrete quantity takeoffs

• Ensure compliance with ACI and U.S. standards

• Prepare clear takeoff summaries and reports

• Communicate estimation assumptions when required
