Job Description

A dynamic player in the international consulting and professional services sector delivering cross-border recruitment, immigration and talent-brand solutions. We build and amplify employer and candidate-facing digital experiences to drive leads and engagement across social channels. This is an on-site, entry-level Social Media Marketing role based in India—an excellent launchpad for freshers aiming to grow in digital marketing.

Role & Responsibilities

Create platform-specific content (static posts, carousels, short-form video) for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts that aligns with campaign briefs.
Own the content calendar: plan, schedule and publish posts; coordinate asset delivery with internal teams and external vendors.
Manage community interactions—monitor, moderate and respond to comments/messages; flag and hand off qualified leads to consultants.
Support execution of basic paid campaigns in Meta Business Suite/Facebook Ads Manager under guidance; monitor spend and performance.
Track social performance using platform analytics and Google Analytics; produce concise weekly reports and actionable recommendations.
Assist in creative production using Canva/CapCut and run simple A/B tests on captions, creatives and CTAs to improve engagement.
