Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Email Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced and results-driven team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in email campaign strategy, marketing automation platforms, CRM management, A/B testing, content creation, and performance analytics. This role requires someone who can take ownership of campaigns and drive them to success with minimal oversight. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, creativity, and a focus on delivering engaging, conversion-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and engage the target audience.
Content Creation: Craft compelling and persuasive email copy, focusing on both creativity and conversions.
Email Automation: Leverage marketing automation platforms to optimize campaign timing and personalization.
Performance Analytics: Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing future campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
A/B Testing: Run A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action for maximum engagement.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to segment and target different user groups effectively.

Qualifications

Experience: At least 2 year of experience in email marketing, ideally in a IT/Software Services or tech-driven environment.
Skills: Expertise in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar), CRM systems, and social media automation tools.
Education: A graduate is preferred, but hands-on experience is valued.
Traits: Creative, results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work in a collaborative environment.
