This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Vice President at Moroso Construction. The Senior Vice President will oversee company-wide operations, direct high-level strategic initiatives, and ensure the seamless execution of construction projects. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, maintaining client relationships, mentoring senior staff, and driving operational excellence. The role requires a strong commitment to the company’s values, including integrity, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction, while ensuring timely and on-budget project delivery.
- Proven leadership skills in overseeing diverse teams and managing company-wide operations.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans and managing budgets effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management, and site planning in the luxury residential sector.
- Strong relationship-building skills for fostering partnerships with clients, architects, designers, and stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to achieving the highest quality standards.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools is an advantage.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
