We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Injury Attorney with at least 5 years of personal injury litigation experience. The ideal candidate excels at independently managing a full caseload from initial demand through final resolution and is committed to moving cases forward efficiently and strategically.

🔍 About the Role

This position centers on complete ownership of the case lifecycle. You will handle matters from demand and investigation through litigation, settlement, trial, or appeal. While this role is primarily remote, you will be required to attend certain hearings, depositions, mediations, or trials in person.

📝 Core Responsibilities

• Manage an active personal injury caseload from demand through final closure
• Prepare demand packages, assess liability, and evaluate damages
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery responses, and all litigation documents
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Handle settlement negotiations, mediations, and ongoing case strategy
• Prepare for and participate in trials and appeals as necessary
• Maintain strong communication with clients, experts, and team members
• Utilize technology to track deadlines, tasks, and case movement efficiently

🎯 Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience required
• Proven ability to manage cases from demand through resolution
• Strong organizational skills and ability to move files forward expeditiously
• Excellent writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable handling depositions and litigation milestones
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and effective in a remote work environment
• Ability to independently manage deadlines and a full caseload
