We are seeking a Senior Operation Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur. The role involves overseeing daily operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring seamless workflow within teams. Responsibilities include analyzing operational processes, handling resource allocation, and facilitating effective communication across departments. The Senior Operation Executive will play a pivotal role in implementing operational strategies to align with organizational goals, solve challenges, and ensure smooth functioning.

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle and optimize everyday workflows effectively.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and leveraging data to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to manage teams, collaborate across departments, and build partnerships.
• Proven track record in managing operations, coupled with organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in a similar operational leadership role will be considered an advantage.
