We are looking for a proactive and people-centric Senior HR Executive (HR Generalist) who will manage HR Operations and end-to-end Recruitment. Prior experience with Startup / Advertising / Product-based company is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (50%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollouts, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
- Create and post job descriptions on job portals, social media platforms, and internal channels.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR systems, attendance, and leave data.
- Prepare and issue all HR documentation and letters.
- Coordinate with payroll for salary processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Support HR policy implementation, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and engagement activities.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and maintain accurate HR trackers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of core HR functions and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR systems/HRIS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Prior experience with Startup / Advertising / Product-based company is a plus.
