Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Engineer to handle end-to-end planning and coordination of control panel projects. The role involves understanding customer requirements, production planning, material tracking, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, design, and production teams.

Position: Senior Engineer - BEG

Location: Santhal, Ahmedabad

Experience: 5 - 7 Years

Responsibility:

• Understand customer requirements for control panels and translate them into actionable production plans.
• Prepare and release detailed production plans aligned with project timelines.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Design, and Production teams for smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor material availability and proactively track shortages to avoid production delays.
• Improve and streamline the review mechanism for better planning and execution.
• Ensure timely updates and communication on material shortages and project status.
• Support production team in resolving technical and planning issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to planning, shortages, and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and operational efficiency.

Qualification and Requirement:

• Bachelor of Engineering - EE/EC/IC
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel
• Production planning and management skills
• Good coordination and client coordination
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to manage timelines and handle multiple projects
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Panel manufacturing / industrial automation industry experience will be preferred
