- Coordinate with global engineering teams and external labs to enable fast prototyping and global qualification cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a testing laboratory, validation, or R&D lab environment.
- Hands‑on experience with electrical testing and a solid understanding of electrical measurement principles and basic RF concepts.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, and to produce clear technical test documentation and reports.
- Familiarity with industry standards (TIA, ISO/IEC, IEC) relevant to connectivity and cabling systems.
- Direct experience with high‑speed signal integrity tools and methods (VNA, BERT, differential measurements).
- Practical exposure to cable infrastructure, connectivity products, or electromechanical systems.
- Familiarity with mechanical testing fundamentals, force measurement systems, rapid prototyping, or 3D printing.
- Experience supporting third‑party certification (ETL or equivalent) and coordinating external lab work.
- Skills in test automation, data analysis scripting (e.g., Python, LabVIEW), and improving lab workflows.
