Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Corporate Travel Sales Consultant position based on-site in Gurugram. The role involves managing relationships with corporate clients, providing expert travel consulting, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling reservations. The consultant will assess client travel needs, suggest tailored solutions, and ensure excellent customer service to enhance the overall travel experience while achieving sales targets.

Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Corporate Travel Sales Consultant position based on-site in Gurugram. The role involves managing relationships with corporate clients, providing expert travel consulting, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling reservations. The consultant will assess client travel needs, suggest tailored solutions, and ensure excellent customer service to enhance the overall travel experience while achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same process.
- Strong expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Reservations handling
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
- Proven sales acumen and experience in corporate travel sales is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of global travel destinations, visa procedures, and travel industry trends
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and relevant software
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
