Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect located in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves leading architectural projects from concept to completion, managing design teams, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met, and integrating aesthetic, functional, and sustainable design philosophies. The Senior Architect will oversee project timelines, budgets, and compliance with building regulations, while fostering innovation and quality in architectural and design solutions.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
Knowledge of software development and integration related to architecture and design processes
Exceptional Project Management skills with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multi-disciplinary teams
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects across diverse verticals
Proficient in architectural design tools and software
Experience in sustainable and green building practices is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience in urban planning or large-scale developments is preferred
