Work Location : Magarpatta City, Pune

Role :

• 4+ years of experience as a techno-functional business analyst.
• Work with a team of Product Consultants & Business Analysts, collaborating on key tasks, and offering guidance for best practices.
• Focusing on customer requirements, product increments and project management to coordinate efforts between the Delivery and Product Development teams.
• Act as product SME – point of contact for customers & on-shore delivery teams for questions/ requests/ configurations/ issues on the working of the product.
• Show self-initiative in performing research and obtaining needed data or information during the Product Configuration & Build Stage.
• Work with technical team on user stories as needed and validate the work done by the technical team as needed in the form of UAT testing.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating functional test cases for features and functions per sprint, release.
• Identify issues, updates and conduct necessary analysis and draw conclusions and finding with limited guidance.
• Configuration activities as required within the product through the UI.
• Conduct analysis of large sets of data/document with limited guidance.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Strong Technical Background in API Integrations / Implementation of Software products / SaaS based enterprise Software Applications.

US Healthcare knowledge preferred.
